This Privacy Policy explains how the NumberDay: Math 24 mobile application ("the App", "we", "our") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Stored Locally on Your Device

The App stores the following data only on your device using the platform's local key-value storage (PlayerPrefs). This data is never transmitted to us or any server:

• Your current and longest daily streak
• Your most recent solved expression, attempt count, and elapsed time
• Your practice puzzle index and solved puzzle count
• An internal counter used to time interstitial ad display in Practice mode

Collected by Third-Party Advertising

The App displays interstitial advertisements in Practice mode using Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:

• Advertising identifiers (Apple IDFA / Google AAID, where permitted by the platform)
• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Device type, OS version, and language
• Ad interaction events (impressions, clicks)

This data is collected and processed by Google under its own privacy practices: Google Privacy Policy. Daily mode contains no advertisements.

Sharing via Native Share Sheet

When you tap the "Share" button after completing the daily puzzle, the App passes a short text summary (date, target, cards, attempts, time) to the iOS / Android native share sheet. We do not transmit this text to any server — only your chosen destination (e.g. messaging app) receives it.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any account information.
• We do not require account registration or login.
• We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, location, or files.
• We do not use analytics SDKs that profile individual users.

NumberDay is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App follows Google AdMob's family-safe ad serving policies. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding data collected through advertising SDKs:

• GDPR (EU/EEA, UK): Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection.
• CCPA / CPRA (California): Right to know, delete, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
• PIPEDA (Canada): Access to and correction of personal information.
• App Tracking Transparency (iOS): You can opt out of advertising identifier use via iOS Settings → Privacy → Tracking.
• Limit Ad Tracking (Android): You can reset or opt out via Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

To exercise these rights with respect to local on-device data, simply uninstalling the App will erase all local data. For data collected by Google AdMob, please use the tools provided in Google's privacy policy linked above.

All gameplay data lives only on your device. Third-party SDKs (Google AdMob) handle their own data securely under industry-standard practices and their respective privacy policies.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.

본 앱은 아래 항목을 사용자 기기 안에만 저장합니다. 서버나 외부로 전송하지 않습니다 (Unity PlayerPrefs 사용):

• 현재 연속 풀이 일수, 최장 기록
• 마지막 정답 식, 시도 횟수, 소요 시간
• 연습 모드 퍼즐 인덱스, 누적 풀이 수
• 연습 모드 인터스티셜 광고 표시 카운터

제3자 광고 SDK가 수집하는 정보

본 앱은 연습 모드에서 Google AdMob 인터스티셜 광고를 표시합니다. AdMob은 다음 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다:

• 광고 식별자 (iOS IDFA / Android AAID, 플랫폼 허용 범위 내)
• IP 주소 및 대략적 지리 위치
• 기기 유형, OS 버전, 언어
• 광고 노출·클릭 이벤트

이 데이터는 Google의 자체 개인정보 처리 방침에 따라 수집·처리됩니다: Google 개인정보처리방침. 데일리 모드에는 광고가 없습니다.

공유 시트(Native Share Sheet)

데일리 풀이 완료 후 "결과 공유" 버튼을 탭하면 짧은 텍스트 요약(날짜, 목표, 카드, 시도, 시간)을 iOS/Android의 시스템 공유 시트로 전달합니다. 외부 서버로 송신하지 않으며, 사용자가 선택한 대상(예: 메시지 앱)으로만 전달됩니다.

2. 수집하지 않는 정보

• 이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
• 회원가입·로그인 요구하지 않습니다.
• 연락처, 사진, 마이크, 카메라, 위치, 파일에 접근하지 않습니다.
• 개별 사용자를 프로파일링하는 분석 SDK를 사용하지 않습니다.

• Google AdMob — 인터스티셜 광고 (연습 모드만)
• Apple App Store / Google Play — 배포 및 결제

4. 아동 개인정보

NumberDay는 전 연령 대상 퍼즐 게임이며 만 13세 미만 어린이를 특별히 대상으로 하지 않습니다. 어린이의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. Google AdMob의 가족 안전 광고 게재 정책을 따릅니다.

5. 사용자 권리

• 로컬 기기 데이터: 앱 삭제 시 모든 데이터 영구 삭제됩니다.
• 광고 식별자: iOS는 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 추적, Android는 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고에서 옵트아웃 가능합니다.
• EU/EEA·영국 거주자는 GDPR에 따른 권리, 캘리포니아 거주자는 CCPA/CPRA, 캐나다 거주자는 PIPEDA에 따른 권리를 가집니다.

6. 데이터 보안

게임 플레이 데이터는 사용자 기기 내에만 저장됩니다. 제3자 SDK(Google AdMob)는 자체 보안 표준 및 개인정보 처리 방침에 따라 데이터를 안전하게 관리합니다.
